Reservations
To secure your reservation, we require valid card details at the time of booking.
Reservations can be made up to 2 months in advance.
We can accommodate tables of up to 8 guests. For groups of more than 4 people, please contact us at hello@dontxoko.com. A deposit of £25 per person is required and will be deducted from your final bill.
Your Dining Experience
We invite you to take your time, enjoy the food and share the experience with your guests. Our dining experience lasts approximately two hours, and we kindly ask that you arrive at your reserved time. Tables are held for 15 minutes after the booking time.
If you are delayed, please contact us. If a table cannot be fulfilled due to a late arrival, the standard cancellation charge of £25 per guest may apply.
Cancellations & Changes
As a small restaurant, every reservation represents a significant part of our service. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes. Cancellations, amendments or no-shows within 48 hours of the reservation time will incur a charge of £25 per guest.
Dietary Requirements
Our menu changes regularly and is prepared in a small kitchen where all elements of the dining experience are carefully coordinated.
For this reason, please inform us of any allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements at the time of booking. This allows us to prepare properly and ensure we can look after you safely.
Unfortunately, we may not be able to accommodate dietary requirements shared on arrival. In these circumstances, the standard cancellation charges still apply.
Restaurant Atmosphere
We want Don Txoko to be a welcoming place where everyone can enjoy their time at the table. We kindly ask guests to be considerate of other diners and our team.
We have a zero-tolerance policy towards abusive, aggressive, discriminatory or harassing behaviour towards our staff or guests. In such circumstances, we reserve the right to end service and ask guests to leave. In such circumstances, cancellation charges still apply.
Additional Information
Dogs are not permitted, with the exception of assistance dogs.
