At Don Txoko, we operate as an intimate restaurant where each service is carefully prepared in advance with close attention to detail. Each reservation is therefore important to us, and we kindly ask guests to review the following information.
Reservations
To secure a table, we require valid card details at the time of booking.
We can accommodate up to 8 guests on a single table.
For reservations of more than 4 guests, please email us at hello@dontxoko.com. A deposit of £25 per person is required and will be deducted from your final bill.
Dining Experience
Our experience is designed to be enjoyed over approximately two hours. Guests are kindly asked to arrive at their reserved time. Tables are held for 15 minutes after the scheduled time, after which the reservation will be released. In such cases, the standard cancellation fee of £25 per guest will apply.
Cancellations & Amendments
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations. Cancellations, amendments, or no-shows within 48 hours of the reservation time will incur a charge of £25 per guest.
Dietary Requirements
As our menu changes daily and is prepared within a very small kitchen environment, where preparation and service take place within the same space, it is essential that any allergies, intolerances, or dietary requirements are disclosed at the time of booking.
If any allergies, intolerances, or dietary requirements are disclosed upon arrival at the restaurant or after being seated, we will be unable to serve your party and the reservation will be treated as a cancellation.
In such circumstances, our standard cancellation policy will apply.
By proceeding with your reservation, you acknowledge and accept these conditions and confirm that no member of your party has any allergies, intolerances, or dietary requirements requiring accommodation that have not already been communicated to us.
Restaurant Atmosphere
We ask guests to be mindful of noise levels so that all tables may enjoy a calm and considered dining experience.
Abusive, aggressive, discriminatory or harassing behaviour towards any member of staff will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service and require guests to leave the premises immediately. In such circumstances, cancellation charges still apply.
Additional Information
Dogs are not permitted, with the exception of assistance dogs.
