Our menu is shaped by the seasons and guided by the market.
It evolves naturally, responding to availability, provenance, and the rhythm of the year.

Each menu is designed to be shared, a complete experience, intended to be enjoyed together at the table.

This is not a tapas-style dining experience. Rather, each dish is carefully composed and presented as part of a considered progression.

To Begin marks the opening course, a gentle selection of starters to share, enjoyed as the fire is prepared.

From there, the experience moves to Our Main Cuts: dry-aged Rubia Gallega beef, rested over charcoal and prepared with precision and respect for its origin.

The progression is deliberate and considered as a whole, rather than as individual plates.

This menu reflects our style and philosophy.
It will change, as it should.

Our wine list brings together some of the finest expressions from Spain’s diverse regions, selected with care to complement  the table. Each bottle is chosen to accompany the progression of the menu, from the delicate opening courses to the charcoal-grilled Rubia Gallega at its centre. Wines are meant to be shared and poured slowly. Each glass becomes part of the rhythm of the table, as considered as the dishes themselves.
