The menu begins with a selection of small plates, precise, seasonal dishes that open the meal as the fire is prepared.
It continues with larger plates from the grill, including dry-aged Rubia Gallega beef and whole fish, cooked over charcoal with restraint and respect for their origin.
The menu is conceived as a complete experience rather than individual courses, and will evolve with the seasons as it should.
