Our menu is shaped by the seasons and guided by the market.
It evolves naturally, responding to availability, provenance, and the rhythm of the year.

Each offering is designed to be shared across the table, a complete experience meant to be enjoyed together.

Please bear in mind this is not a tapas menu,

our plates are carefully composed, and intended as part of a deliberate progression rather than as isolated bites.

“TO BEGIN” is the first act, a gentle selection of starters to share to enjoy while we prepare "OUR MAIN CUTS" over the charcoal grill. Our dry-aged Rubia Gallega steaks, carefully rested over embers, are at the heart of this shared table, each cut cooked with precision and respect for its origin.

The progression is intentional, considered as a whole rather than as individual plates.

The menu presented here is a reflection of our style and philosophy.
Dishes will change, as they should.

Our wine list draws together the finest expressions from Spain’s diverse regions,

selected with care to complement the table.
Each bottle is chosen to enhance the flavours of the meal, from the delicate beginnings

to the charcoal-grilled Rubia Gallega steaks at the centre of the shared table.

Wines are meant to be shared, poured slowly. Here, each glass becomes part of the shared experience,

as intentional and considered as the dishes themselves.
