Our whole wild fish is sourced according to market availability and cooked over charcoal, allowing the natural flavour and quality of the fish to take centre stage.
Wild turbot, brill and other seasonal treasures may appear, depending on what the sea decides to give us.

Our wine list takes a journey through Spain’s diverse regions, bringing together bottles chosen to match the flavours of our kitchen.
From relaxed sharing plates to charcoal-grilled dry-aged steaks, every wine has been selected to make the food taste better and the conversation last longer.
