We are Jose and Dioni, we grew up in south-east Spain, surrounded by good food, family gatherings and long meals shared around the table. Those memories continue to inspire everything we do.

Over the years we've worked in kitchens and dining rooms across Spain, France, Wales and England.

But wherever we've been, we've always believed that the best meals are the ones shared with others.

Above all, we want Don Txoko to feel like a place to slow down, share good food, enjoy great company and experience a little piece of Spain in the heart of Norwich.
