Coming from humble families in South East Spain, they decided to embark on a new adventure ten years ago. They made the decision to leave everything behind to move to the UK and pursue their careers in the hospitality industry, a field they are both deeply passionate about.

Over the past decade, they've gained invaluable experience traveling and working in successful restaurants across England, Wales, France, and Spain. This incredible journey allowed them to develop their skills and knowledge of the culinary world, steadily progressing in their careers.
Their experiences and exposure to diverse culinary traditions ultimately inspired them to create their own Pop Up, "Spanish Particular," which brought their unique flavours and vision to delighted diners in London, Bristol, and Spain, receiving wonderful feedback along the way.

Today, their long-held dream of owning a restaurant has finally come to fruition with Don Txoko.
They are both incredibly excited about this new chapter and are fully dedicated to providing a good gastronomic experience for all their guests.
Their vision is to combine traditional and authentic Spanish cuisine, drawing on their heritage, with modern global influences they've encountered throughout their travels. All of this will be offered within a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere where everyone can feel at home and enjoy exceptional food and company.
