We are Jose and Dioni, a couple from south-east Spain with a lifelong connection to food, family and the joy of gathering around a table.

Growing up, meals were never rushed.

They were moments to share stories, celebrate, and, most importantly, eat well.

Our journey has taken us through kitchens and dining rooms across Spain, France, Wales and England, each place adding something new to our craft.

Yet the philosophy has always remained the same: the finest meals are the ones shared with others.

Don Txoko is our invitation to slow down, enjoy the moment, and experience the warmth of Spain in the heart of Norwich.

And yes, we believe a table with too much food is always better than one with too little.
